Chocolate Sweet Potato Bread made with sweet potatoes and other healthy and wholesome ingredients!

Reason number one, we are baking healthy chocolate bread, made with sweet potato instead of flour, who doesn't want healthy chocolate ideas? This recipe is the best moist and flavorful cake that doesn’t have alot of sugar of banana in it, but instead sweet potato. It is also nut-free and made with coconut flour, but you can use any flour you want, making it filling, nutritious and won’t spike your blood sugar and cause belly fat.
We can eat this load for breakfast, snack, dessert, or pretty much any time of the day. That’s the good part about baking with real food my friends. You don't have to DIET or spend your life hungry, this is what the Hottie Detox concept is.
YIELDS 8-10 SLICES
2 medium sweet potatoes, pureed
¼ cup liquid coconut oil or melted reduced fat Butter
¼ cup honey or stevia
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
3 tablespoons coconut flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup cacao
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Add the sweet potato, eggs, coconut oil, honey or stevia, milk and vanilla extract to a large bowl and mix well
Add in the coconut flour, baking powder, cacao and mix again
Fold in dark chocolate then add to a bread pan lined with parchment paper
Add to oven for 30 minutes then you have the option add chocolate chips, cover with foil and bake for 20 more minutes or until done
Let the bread cool before slicing!
*Will stay good in fridge for 5 days or freeze for longer
