INGREDIENTS
1️⃣1 cup oats
2️⃣4 scoops protein powder (I used @almondpro it's vegan, low carb, made of almonds, no soy and tastes amazing!)
3️⃣3 super ripe bananas

1/4 cup coconut oil
Pinch of salt
Flat belly chocolate sauce

DIRECTIONS
👉Mix oats, protein powder and mashed bananas with a whisk or in a blender
👉Add some water if the mixture is too thick
👉Add coconut oil
👉Add a small pinch of salt
👉Mix again and add to a baking pan
👉Freeze for an hour then cut into bars or squares
