RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

1 cup protein powder (I usedย Orgain)

1 cup oat flour or ground oats

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 teaspoon Cinnamon

1/2 cup Almond milk

juice of 1 lemon

1/4 cup melted coconut oil

1 cup blueberries Sweetener (I used stevia)

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

1- mix dry ingredients (protein powder, oat flour, baking powder, sweetener and cinnamon)

2- Add almond milk and lemon juice, mix well and add melted coconut oil

3- Fold in blueberries Bake in a donut pan for 20 mins at 350F or 177C.
