PUMPKIN SAUCE PASTA MADE WITH SQUASH NOODLES

Happy Tuesday friends! Sharing my dinner idea with y’all! Ready in 10 minutes and.... Virtually NO CARB PASTA (on the Hottie Detox, veggie carbs don't count!) πŸ˜› with a little pumpkin-sage cream situation going on and some salmon for protein πŸŽƒπŸ

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 oz salmon fillet
  • 4 yellow squash, spiralized
  • 1/2 onion 1 teaspoon garlic
  • fresh or powdered
  • 3 sage leaves
  • chopped 2 tablespoons pumpkin (or more!!!)
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese (vegan or reduced fat) salt/pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

  • Cook salmon on medium low heat
  • Add onions and garlic and allow to cook in the juice from the salmon
  • Add squash noodles, pumpkin and cream cheese
  • Cook on low heat for 7 minutes
